Thank you for your interest in our private tours. To ensure we can perfectly accommodate your schedule and requests, we utilize a “Booking Request & Approval System.”

Your booking will be finalized in 4 simple steps.

While you can proceed with your booking as a “Guest,” we highly recommend creating a free account before you make a reservation.

4 Simple Steps to Book Your Tour

STEP 1: Send Your Booking Request

1. On your desired tour page, select your preferred date, number of participants, and any available options.
2. Click the “Proceed Booking” button.
3. You will then be directed to an Information Confirmation Page. Carefully review all the details you’ve entered.
4. If all information is correct, click the “Book Now and Pay Later” button to submit your booking request.

[Important Note] At this stage, your booking is NOT yet confirmed. This action constitutes a “booking request” only, and no payment is required or processed at this point.

[For Custom Tour Guests] If you are booking a custom tour and have agreed upon an “Additional tour fee” with us, please ensure you accurately input the agreed-upon quantity for this fee on the Information Confirmation Page before clicking “Book Now and Pay Later.” This ensures your final payment reflects the correct total.

STEP 2: We Check Availability & Confirm

Upon receiving your request, our Kyushu Immersion team will promptly check the availability of our guides and tour slots. We aim to confirm or contact you regarding your request within 1-3 working days.

STEP 3: Receive Confirmation & Make Payment

1. Once we “Approve” your request, a “Booking Confirmation Email” will be automatically dispatched to your provided email address.
2. This essential email will contain a secure payment link, specifically generated for your reservation.
3. Please click on this link to proceed to our secure payment page, where you can complete your tour payment using either Stripe (for credit card payments) or PayPal.

[Before Final Payment] For all bookings, especially custom tours with agreed-upon Additional Tour Fees, please carefully review the total amount on the payment page to ensure it matches your understanding before finalizing the transaction.

[Can’t find the email?] Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder, as emails may occasionally be filtered there. (If you have created an account, you can also access your payment link and monitor your booking status directly from your personal account dashboard.)

STEP 4: Your Booking is Complete!

As soon as your payment is successfully processed and confirmed, your tour booking will be officially finalized. We eagerly anticipate meeting you on your tour day in Kyushu!
