1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a tour with Kyushu Immersion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.


2. Bookings and Payment
All tours must be booked through our website or via direct communication with us. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY). Payments made in other currencies will be processed by your card issuer at their current exchange rate.


3. Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which can be viewed on its dedicated page. By making a reservation on our site, you agree to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy. We kindly ask you to read it carefully before booking.

4. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and have a level of physical fitness appropriate for the tour they book. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip. Travelers must follow the guide’s instructions at all times to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.


5. Limitation of Liability
Kyushu Immersion and its guides will do their best to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, we are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or accident that may occur during a tour, except where caused by our gross negligence. We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or transport delays (force majeure). We reserve the right to alter the tour itinerary for safety reasons.


6. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
