Itinerary

Please note: This is a sample 6-hour itinerary from Kurokawa Onsen. As this is your private tour, the start time is fully flexible and we will adjust the schedule accordingly. If the tour starts from Yufuin, the total duration and the routing will be modified for efficiency.

9:30 AMPickup at Kurokawa Onsen

We begin our journey with a scenic drive through the rugged beauty of the Kuju mountain range.

10:00 AMKomatsu Jigoku (The Untouched Hell)

An immersive walk through hissing steam and bubbling mud. Here, you will make your own Onsen Tamago (hot spring eggs) directly in the boiling springs.

11:15 AMKokonoe "Yume" Grand Suspension Bridge

Stand 173 meters above the valley for a breathtaking 360-degree view of the mountains and the Shindo waterfalls.

12:45 PMWaita Onsen: Geothermal Lunch

Experience the local lifestyle at a geothermal village. Enjoy a healthy and delicious Jigoku-mushi (hell-steamed) which is recommended. *Lunch budget is NOT INCLUDED. Please pay on-site.

2:15 PMNabegataki Falls

Visit the famous “water curtain” falls. Experience the unique serenity of walking in the cavern behind the waterfall.
